Contract-to-Hire
A hybrid of the temporary and direct-hire workforce, contract-to-hire is a great way for clients and candidates to test the waters and find the right fit. Potential employees can spend time getting to know the culture and community and the company can get to know the candidate.
Sometimes the interview process isn't enough to truly understand whether a placement will be beneficial to both the client and candidate. The contract-to-hire process allows for deeper relationship building. During the contract period, the talent is employed by Pendragon Consulting. Pendragon works with it's clients to outline terms in order to establish how a candidate will be evaluated and when the contract period will end. Through open lines of communication, Pendragon will make sure the placement is working for all parties before transitioning the candidate to the client's payroll.
Permanent Placements
Filling a permanent placement is about consulting with both the candidate and the client to fully understand long-term career and team goals. Before placing a candidate permanently with a company, we spend time with all parties to understand not just the skills needed but the cultural feel of a team. Once we understand the company and the candidate profile, we can ensure we place the highest caliber candidates with a team that will help them reach their career goals. We also make sure the candidate can help the company reach its business goals.
